The latest Hitwise Report shows
remax.com comes in at No. 11 in June. Many competing real estate franchise websites dropped significantly in the rankings, such as Keller Williams, which fell another nine spots to 84 after a twelve-spot drop in May. Coldwell Banker fell seven spots to No. 31.
RE/MAX appears four times on the top 30 list of real estate-related search terms, moving up one spot to No. 4 ahead of “real estate” and “homes for sale.” Also on the top 30 search terms list: “remax.com homes for sale” (No. 22), “remax.com” (No. 27) and “remax real estate” (No. 28). Century 21 and Coldwell Banker each appear once on the list. Keller Williams does not appear among the top 30.

RIS Media’s Annual Power Broker Report & Survey is the residential real estate industry’s most comprehensive report on the 600 most successful brokerages in the United States. The Report, issued each year in an abbreviated version in the April issue of Real Estate Magazine and then in May in a fully expanded edition, is used as a powerful reference and referral tool by the nation’s top brokers.
