We also had an excellent experience with Att. Gottlieb and All American Title. I don't anticipate needing a real estate agent in the near future, but if we do, it will be Cheryl.

John and I wanted to take a minute to say thank you for helping us make our dream come true. With your help and persistence it made selling our townhouse and buying our new home real simple. We appreciate all of your hard work and dedication to our wants and needs.
The Khanna’s
Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. With updating the house and everything else that has been going on, it has been busy as you can imagine.
I do have a few comments on the home buying process with you as our realtor. You were very “on the ball”. Always willing to take the time out to talk to us with our questions or show us property. Also, you saved us quite a few out-of-pocket expenses by talking to our mortgage broker and that was important to us. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work that you did for us! We are finally moving in the weekend and can’t wait til that’s over, but are looking forward to what lies ahead.
Phil & Martha M.
Martha & I wanted to personally thank you and your firm for providing us with “the best” of everything related to the recent sale of our home. Your gracious and professional manner in guiding the 2 of us at every step in the process was most appreciated. You provided us with current information and data that allowed you (and us) to arrive at what was a fair and reasonable price listing for our home. Your efforts in bringing potential buyers included classified advertisements, the running of open houses, web listings (and photos!), the showing of our home to all your colleagues, and your personal delivery of notices to all our neighbors.
You guided us with expertise once we had decided to accept a reasonable offer from a pre-qualified buyer and you were also there and helped us in dealing with the home inspection process. We also appreciated your knowledge and help in dealing with the various municipal agencies relating to obtaining a Title V and smoke detector clearance notices.
Finally, you provided us with a strong shoulder to lean on during the closing process.
Again we thank you for your support and assistance with this very important process. You certainly removed all of our concerns.
Kindest Regards.
Bob G.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your excellent service in helping me sell my property. I believe that you performed above and beyond the call of duty in arranging contractors and inspectors to keep the process moving forward. Without this “extra” help, I would have been hard pressed to get everything done in time. If I ever have the opportunity to use your services, I will not hesitate to do so nor will I hesitate to recommend you to the other prospective home buyers and sellers.
Once again, thank you for a job well done!
Brenda Russell-St. Cyr
Armand and I would like to take this time to “Thank You” for everything you did for us to assist with the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home. Your professionalism and sense of humor made a time which could have been grueling and difficult much easier and less stressful.
You always kept the communication lines open and returned our telephone calls promptly. You did everything you promised us and more. Your offer to help us pack, unload our items and spend the day at our home while we waited for our signing time was above and beyond our expectations.
I have and will continue to recommend you to anybody I hear who may be selling their home or looking for a new home to buy.
Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You truly were a life saver and we cannot express how much we appreciated working with someone who was not only a professional but a true friend. Sincerely,
Paul & Sheila C.
I hope that RE/MAX is as good to Dave as he is to his customers. As new investors, our first investment property was under agreement in four days from putting our single family investment on the market. Our buyers faced two challenges – working with their real estate agent who went bankrupt and rising banking standards. The buyers had been pre-qualified to purchase a home in our selling range but that was before the banking crisis. Dave stepped in and applied his creative financing solutions to satisfy the banks; he also took over as the real estate agent representing the buyers. In this case, he not only was a hero to first time buyers looking to find their dream home, but a godsend to the banks looking for a bit more security from buyers. He really went above and beyond investors’ expectations on completing the sale. Our experience was so positive, we hope to repeat it again soon with our next investment. Whether you are a buyer or seller, I highly recommend you work with Dave. He is a tireless, attentive agent who listens to your needs and knows how to market properties that sell. If your favorite four-letter word is “SOLD”, call Dave, and you’ll be saying it sooner than you thought possible. All the best.
Maryellen F.
My sister & I worked with Dave during the Spring of 2009. During this time, he sold my parents house (which was a very emotional time for us) and aided my sister in purchasing a condo. He was always professional and readily available when we contacted him. He was very helpful in the many steps involved in being a Seller, and then as a Buyer.
Sophie L.
You are very fortunate to have Dave Nicholaou on your team! You are indeed a very smart businessman to have put him on your team! He is a hard worker, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, eager to please and sober in his demeanor.
Dave sold our home on 2 Heritage Rd in Dracut Ma on January 31st 2013. He communicated with us every step of the way-this was important to us. He proved to have excellent negotiating skills with the buyers and their agent- he was always the team player -putting our interest first and foremost.
I was a mortgage officer in the past and have worked with many realtors- BUT never to the caliber of Dave Nicholaou. He definitely raises the bar of performance expectation for realtors. He exemplifies what people want and should get in a realtor. Because he made us comfortable right from the beginning we trusted his judgement and opinions. All of this made for a pleasant experience.
I will not hesitate to refer Dave to my friends, family and business associates.
Nikki D.
Every moment that I needed him, not only during business hours but any time of the day. This is one of his many exceptional attributes. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, with an outstanding drive and passion for helping people and phenomenal enthusiasm beginning and completing the entire house buying process with me and my family. If everyone cared, helped, and completed tasks the way Dave has proven numerous times, there would be many great agents out there. I have never found anyone that compares to Dave, therefore, I would always recommend Dave Nicholaou! He clearly goes above and beyond his call of duty! He has made a lasting impression on all of us. I would highly recommend him for buying, selling, and for any other questions. His knowledge exceeds the basics of his job and he provides advice, assistance, and encouragement in every area that is needed.
Jane P.
I appreciated his excellent customer service. He was simply outstanding in all areas of the real estate transaction.
Monique D.
Thank you so much Dave for your determination and dedication in helping us find the best home for us. You have been exceptional in your availability, drive, and enthusiasm in being the perfect agent. We couldn't have asked for anything more.
Arthur and Jo Ann...even though I never met you, I felt confident in placing my trust in you. You were always available, very knowledgeable and very helpful. You made me feel comfortable by keeping me updated through the entire house buying process. Thanks Dave for putting me in contact with such professional and wonderful people. I would definitely recommend all of you to anyone in the house hunting/buying process.
Jo Ann, I got a little nervous when I got your phone call on closing day...but so thankful you were able to work things out on my behalf. Don't know what I would have done without your help.
Once we are settled you should all stop by for a glass of champagne to celebrate! Happy Holidays to all of you and thanks again.
