Holiday Help for Local Families

gift

one hour payday loans

For the past ten years RE/MAX Prestige has extended a helping hand to families in need in a holiday toy drive for local families.  This year, the struggling economy has resulted in a greater need than past years.  We want to accommodate as many families as possible.  If you are interested in supporting a local family please email Stacey Alcorn salcorn@remaxprestige.com and she will send you the holiday wish list for a family in need.  You can also drop off new unwrapped gifts at any RE/MAX Prestige office and we will donate them to the local organizations that we partner with.

You’ve Probably Heard of The Show America’s Got Talent….But THIS?

What do you think?  Have you ever seen a balloon with this much rhythm?  This is our company RE/MAX BalloonDude!  He loves to dance and show his stuff and tonight that’s exactly what he did when we marched in the City of Lights Parade in Downtown Lowell.  For awesome pictures of the event check out our Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/myremax.  We had approximately 40 marchers, our RE/MAX Prestige PT Cruiser driven by Santa, and of course…BalloonDude.  It was a perfect night!

Giving With a Twist

thanksgivingdinners

This year RE/MAX Prestige agents helped more than 100 families by buying Thanksgiving Dinners for families throughout the Merrimack Valley, Central MA, and Springfield.  The dinners included turkeys, vegetables, all the fixings, and even a pie.  Shaws Supermarket was a huge help for us because they organized all the meals so that all we had to do was to get them to the families in need.

The Twist – We have been helping families with Thanksgiving Dinners for 10 years and this year we put a special twist on our  endeavor by including a copy of the life changing success book, The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy.  Our goal…to nourish the body and the minds of those in need.  We hope that the families will read this amazing book because it offers all the secrets to a life of abundance.

Susan Lewis – What it Means to Be a RE/MAX Agent

Susan Lewis is awesome.  Not only is she a top producing agent that specializes in new construction, but she is also our in-house Top Producer trainer.  She teaches agents how to stay in their 20 (the 20% of actions agents do each day that lead to 80% of our results) by effectively using great technology to organize their client relationships.  Susan joined us from Keller Williams almost one year ago.  Here she talks about her experiences.

Sara G & The RE/MAX Experience

Change is never easy, but this amazing agent from our Wilbraham office talks about what RE/MAX means to her business and life.

Laly Luhrs – What RE/MAX Means to Me

Laly Luhrs just celebrated 3 months with RE/MAX Prestige.  Listen to her Leadstreet success story.  One referral free lead already closed compliments of RE/MAX Prestige!  Thanks for choosing RE/MAX Prestige Laly!

Pasta Anyone – Best Pasta in Western MA

Thumbs up for Michael’s Pasta in a Pan right in Wilbraham.  Great food, great prices, and an all around awesome place to grab a bite!

Help Someone Out for Thanksgiving

thanksgivingday

This will be our 10th year helping families during the Thanksgiving Holiday.  You can help by putting together a basket with a complete Thanksgiving Dinner for a needy family OR you can buy a dinner that is complete with all the fixings through our partnership with Shaws in Groton.  Due to the large number of dinners we purchase Shaws of Groton will provide us with a complete Thanksgiving dinner with the fixings for $35.  If you are interested in helping but do not want to do food shopping, you can donate $35 and we will purchase the dinner on your behalf from Shaws.

These are the organizations that will receive the dinners:
Department of Social Services Merrimack Valley – goal 50 dinners
Worcester Food Bank – Goal 25 dinners
Hope 4 Springfield – Goal 25 dinners
If you are interested in helping please reply back and let me know if you’d like to buy the dinner on your own or if you’d like to provide a $35 donation to purchase a complete dinner.  We will add the donation to your November Membership Invoice which goes out on Dec 5th.
We appreciate your help!  Some of you have been asking for the holiday gift list for the families we help…I will be sending a separate email with those updates.
Happy Holidays!
